**ROLE SUMMARY**







The **DIRECTOR, GLOBAL BIOSIMILARS MARKETING - ONCOLOGY SUPPORTIVE CARE** is responsible for acting as the asset co-lead and commercial leader for our pipeline pegfilgrastim biosimilar, and for leading key initiatives for on-market biosimilars Nivestim and Retacrit. This role will offer a seasoned marketer a unique opportunity for asset leadership, as well as commercial and global project leadership across pipeline and inline assets, in the evolving Biosimilars environment.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Partner with development co-lead to lead pegfilgrastim (late-stage development asset) cross-functional asset team and act as single points of accountability for the asset



+ Lead commercial development and pre-launch planning for pegfilgrastim, including initial launch and lifecycle development



+ Monitor, strategically assess, and communicate the emerging, dynamic pegfilgrastim competitive landscape and its implications, to inform global and local strategies for pegfilgrastim and Nivestim/filgrastim



+ Design and lead a cross-functional global launch support program for Nivestim and Retacrit expansion in Canada, Latin America, AfME and APAC



+ Provide targeted global promotional support, including creation and global RC approval of strategically- critical promotional materials for Nivestim and Retacrit



+ Collaborate with priority markets on select, key Nivestim/Retacrit initiatives, to enable in -market performance optimization



+ Support the Global Commercial Team Lead, Supportive Care Biosimilars, in select initiatives related to US filgrastim and US epoetin alfa (late-stage development assets)







**QUALIFICATIONS**



Experience







+ Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred



+ 10 years+ of commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry, including commercial development and/or inline marketing (global, regional, and/or country marketing)



+ Experience working in and leading highly-matrixed and multi-location teams



+ Experience and understanding of brands, generics, and/or biologics and biosimilars



+ Biosimilars experience or experience with device development a plus, but not required

**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**







+ Ability to work with business partners or team members located in different Pfizer offices globally, working in different time zones, including scheduling flexibility to accommodate



+ Ability to travel 20% time, including international travel
