Description:
In this role you will maximize Global Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) value for ADP, by optimizing HR Integration and administration efforts for EE Life cycling, Call Center and Payroll implementations, ensuring HR operational excellence in the Americas, EMEA & APAC regions. The Primary focus will include ensuring a delivery model resulting in high levels of accuracy, customer service and process optimization, addressing improvement opportunities and new service requests from clients. This role will partner with the Director, Relationship Management in country implementations. You will also develop and manage global processing standards that meet country specific regulatory & legal requirements as well as enterprise wide processing guidelines. In this role you will identify HR processing improvements/simplification opportunities in all regions. You will also align with the Global business and HR strategies in order to achieve global, regional and local HR program objectives, while ensuring effective service delivery within budget and planning. GENERAL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global HR Services Delivery
* Provide a wide variety of high touch consultation on HR administration practices; core HRIS processing during the transaction life cycle for an associate and corresponding intersections points to HR programs/policies / tools.
* Support transition and post go-live operations of multiple processes from sending organization to HRSS - includes transition management, knowledge transfer, process re-engineering, implementation/integration & post-service delivery.
* Guide team through as-is documentation and to-be design of processes, related organization/role design and enabling technologies.
* Apply end to end process expertise to design and implement new re-engineered processes in a Shared Services operating model. HR Shared Services Operations and Design
* Acts as liaison between HRSS Organization, HR Center of Excellences (COEs) and Business Unit HR globally on EE Life Cycling and HR process improvement activities.
* Supports interpretation of Global HR policies and integration with key EE life cycle processing throughout all regions to ensure adherence to local laws. HR Technology Integration
* Lead or participate as SME on HR Systems integrations including implementations of global HCM tools including GlobalView HCM, RM (Recruitment Management) and global self-service tools (EC, custom tools).
* Lead testing and functional deployments across country HRSS support delivery channels, in conjunction with HR Technology program managers. HR Acquisition and Divestiture Support
* Participate on project team to support due diligence, and eventual integration to HR, Payroll, Benefits and other core HR delivery platforms. HR Data Privacy
* Ensure compliance with Data Privacy controls and guidelines
* Lead delivery model around meeting associate level data privacy requests or changes. HRSS Governance & Operational Effectiveness
* Set up and execute HR benchmarks internally and against external companies. Upgrade and manage an ongoing metrics monitoring program for Shared Services delivery portfolio.
* Coordinate cross departmental HRSS scorecard with critical metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all HRSS departments and creates sustainable effort at gathering and analyzing the scorecard to identify on-going opportunities for improvement related to company objectives and compliance. #LICORP
