Job Details

Responsible for supporting PCH with strategic pricing consultation and analytic assessment for pipeline and inline products. Support pricing related strategic revenue management initiatives in key markets.


+ Help develop and support pricing strategy for Global and Emerging brands

+ Leads strategic consultations in key markets to improve profitability through strategic pricing actions

+ Identify business opportunities to optimize inline pricing in key markets

+ Support Strategic Revenue Management activities in key markets with strategic and analytical support

+ Work closely with Sales Excellence and Business Analytics and Insights to increase the level of analytical depth to deliver robust end to end strategic solutions for the business.

+ Identify IRP and cross border risk and advise on strategies to mitigate

+ Utilize consumer informed value based frameworks to advise on target pricing for innovation throughout the pipeline process

+ Identify and implement upgrades to the value based framework toolkit and approach, to ensure PCH price setting approach is best in class. In addition to maintaining current systems (JADE) and toolkit, for example identifying and sharing best practice case studies from markets.


+ 10+ years of Consumer and / or Pharmaceutical Experience in Commercial Setting

+ Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.

+ Previous consumer / Rx pricing experience preferred

+ Effective in matrix organization; demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills.

+ Ability to build strong cross-functional and regional partnerships to influence colleagues outside of direct reporting structure.

+ Demonstrated strategic capabilities with a record of leading cross functional strategic initiatives from conception through completion

+ Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team-based environment and to partner with Global and In-market stakeholders.

+ Solid analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level.

+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; ability to balance short and long term priorities.

+ Strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership.

+ Ability to work independently; self-starter to drive value creation.

+ Possesses enthusiasm, energy, confidence and outstanding communication skills.

+ Track record of hands on style to both manage and deliver work product.
