Title:  Director Global Service Provider

Term of Employment : Permanent, Regular Full-Time

Annual Base Salary : CAD 235,000 to 245,000. Salary may be increased as a result of individual performance /merit progressively

  • Develop service provider strategies and direction for the region that ensure maximum market coverage and resulting revenue
  • Develop and implement policies, process, programs, systems and service support to drive mutual success
  • Enable customer/partner intimacy, business intelligence, effectiveness and efficiency, and value service provider engagement model  to drive for mutual profitability
  • Exemplifies  culture in decisions and actions and transcends management to true Leadership
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive service and support delivery model.
  • Developing long-term strategic relationships with Service Providers  and Systems Integrators
  • Driving the development of products and services based on Service Provide and System Integrator needs
  • Promoting cross functional collaboration and coordinating product delivery
  • Promoting cloud solutions with Service Providers and Integrators
  • Creating and ensuring a clear governance model for cloud product and services
  • Developing relationships with decision makers within Service Providers and System Integrators senior management 
  • Performing other senior managerial duties, as required




Candidates will be chosen based upon the required skills below:


2 + years experience of working on Intercloud strategies and technologies and knowledge and understanding of negotiations with large Service Provider Partners


10+ years of senior management experience in the following area:


  • Working with and Coordinating global teams to operationalize processes systems & programs with both direct customer facing teams and global channel go to market models.


    5+ years experience managing large teams with revenues in the 200m plus USD range


    2+ years experience in the following area:

  • Proven track record of complex 100m USD deal construction, ownership and closure with services providers


To qualify for the position, you should have the experience in managing similar operations, and having dealt with similar strategic business challenges, and a high level of comfort working with partners, internal team and executive leadership. Your abilities as communicator and mentor, as well as your understanding of the constantly evolving marketplace are critical to your success in this position



2+ years experience of cloud market and technologies such as Openstack/Docker


2 + years experience understanding and experience of selling and supporting the  service creation and establishment of GTM for Typical Industry recognized SaaS offerings s such as Energy Management as a Service, Webex, Meraki, DaaS, DRaaS Hosted Security aaS, TPaaS, DBaaS based on MSSQL SAPHana as a Service. Intelligent WAN as a Service.


Ability to travel globally 10-15%
