    Entegra Procurement Services has an exciting job opportunity for an individual with supply chain and operational experience that has a strong track record of client retention, satisfaction and progressive financial growth. This position is national in scope with responsibility to manage clients across the USA and across multiple segments; Senior Living, Healthcare, Sports and Leisure, restaurant and other services.


    You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all client matters as it relates client relationship, operational needs, and understanding and supporting the clients’ procurement strategies and assisting the client in achieving their business goals. In this role the Director, Client Procurement Services will plan, coordinate and implement activities which fulfill the contractual obligations to these clients, achieve established financial targets and leverage the varied resources needed to accomplish the work. The financial responsibility for retention and growth for these clients will be aligned to this position.


    Key Responsibilities for success

    • Ideal candidate should understand procurement activities and national distribution in the areas of food and beverage as well as operations, services and supplies.
    • Maintain a high level of customer interaction and support regarding vendor and product related issues for these program participants.
    • Responsible for preparing an account strategic plan, budgets and forecasts to attain the financial goals established by entegra.
    • Work closely with members of Supply Management and other divisions for any procurement and distribution related needs.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Experience with preparing and delivering effective presentations to clients and senior level executives strongly preferred.
    • Must possess strong analytical and financial skills and must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • The location for this position is National, travel expectations are set at 60 % and the candidate should reside near a major airport.


    Position Summary

    Responsible for the day-to-day management of all Entegra Procurement Services client relationships with assigned clients.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree   

    Basic Management Experience – 5 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of project management or multi-unit operations management experience
