Description:

This is the lead role for all innovation governance analytics & diagnostics - simplification agenda, speed to market metrics, execution performance (OTIF, performance vs G4), Accolade business process, standardization of global KPIS & reporting, PC & CLT analytic support.

This position is a highly visible leadership role and the primary point of contact for PEP-wide portfolio & project analysis and is responsible for driving accuracy & completeness of global & regional pipeline data.

  • Cross-category innovation analysis: Serve as the single point of contact in order to integrate analysis with input from Global Commercialization, Finance/FP&A, Strategy, Region teams, and other key business partners as appropriate
  • Lead monthly reporting & analysis of innovation KPIs & metrics to support Global governance forums and to inform stakeholders of the size, shape, readiness, & performance of the global innovation portfolio & key projects
  • Integrate innovation data into core business process: Liaise with global functions & regional teams to coordinate global innovation portfolio assessment & analysis to guide the annual SGP/SBP & AOP processes
  • Enterprise-wide KPI reporting: Develop, align, & drive global use & understanding of the innovation KPIs via Accolade / GPR Tableau analysis (including communication, training, & regional support)
  • Support ad-hoc Senior Executive requests : Lead ad-hoc deep dive analytics, eg. prioritization & resourcing decision support, speed to market assessments, etc.
  • Lead L8 data analyst to develop & deliver global innovation pipeline analysis, insight, & reporting across the Beverages, Snacks, & Nutrition growth agendas
  • Ensure global consistency of project data in Accolade to enable accurate reporting. Gather and review data for accuracy; identify outliers and validate data


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, 8+ years commercial and / or analytics experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high levels of intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience with PEP/Other CPG NPD process a plus
  • Technical / strong systems savvy to be able to lead analytics & reporting capability initiatives
  • Effective communicator with people in all levels and functions in the organization
  • Working knowledge of Tableau analysis software a plus
  • Prior global business experience a plus
