Regional Managing Director - Brazil 

What you will do

The Regional Managing Director is a critical link between the company strategy, and execution of such strategy through Sales. This role reports directly to the CRO of Jasper Wireless with the primary responsibility for driving Jasper solutions to and through our partners fulfilling service requirements of their enterprises customers. Additional responsibilities include territory strategy, managing/developing the sales channel, rules of engagement, and managing sales employees, consultants and contractors.

This is a highly visible position and a unique opportunity for a motivated and talented person to contribute to a winning team in a high growth company in the exciting space of Iot. In this role you will spearhead Jasper channel sales development as we grow in scale and complexity. 

Responsibilities: 

Overall responsibility for Jasper regional business metrics/results and strategy 
Chartered with developing regional/territory business plans leveraging push/pull with partner engagement
Channel effectiveness- Adept at working/developing opportunities with Jasper partners -Assisting in the development of business strategies to sign their clients on the Jasper platform 
Proficient at juggling player/coach and sales representative/sales manager roles 
Develop & manage sales territories and sales coverage model ensuring alignment with business plan and Jasper Partners that maximizes sales effectiveness. 
Ability to Lead/Grow/Develop a Team
Responsible for overall people management of your team including the ongoing performance management and professional development 
Understands and demonstrates effective selling practices
Excellent communicator including the ability to make engaging and effective presentations to a wide audience
Effective in a collaborative environment, particularly interacting with product and business professionals 
Possesses impeccable integrity and ethical standards 
Strong leader and manager; Able to mentor and guide a team in a constantly changing environment
Exceptional business and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to understand both short-term and long-term financial impact of business decisions 
Expert at metrics based sales management
Identify and recommend process improvement and tool enhancements 


Who You Are

BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related degree required
MBA preferred
5+ years executive-level sales management experience
10+ years sales management experience building diverse and highly successful sales teams
Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and lead sales team and other support staff associated with the sales cycle
Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations 
Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning 
High aptitude with technical concepts demonstrated through sales of highly technical or complex solutions (i.e networking, systems, automation, SaaS.)
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Strong customer orientation
Strong market knowledge in current Practice 
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously
Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
Attention to detail and follow-up
Be process driven and willing to take ownership
Passion and desire to make a difference
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
Experience building high performance teams
Ability to travel up to 75% required 
Deep experience with
or similar sales effectiveness tools (CRM tool) to manage and track sale process.
Small (start-up or entrepreneurial) company experience strongly preferre
