Responsible for building and providing direction to the IT program management office or function. Accountable for delivering the IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects which include large complex cross functional strategic and or technical infrastructure initiatives within established timeframes and quality measures. . Management responsibility of a team of technology project managers including employees and consultants as well as on shore and off shore resources. Provides centralized services including but not limited to project planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, risk assessment and resource management. Develops and implements a repeatable IT project management methodology that is applicable to a wide range of projects within the portfolio. Defines and develops IT project program management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals. Partners with multi departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria.


Responsible for the supervision of project program managers to ensure that all projects the within IT programs are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements. Individual is a major contributor to the success of mission critical, complex, typically large, often organization wide major systems projects and innovations. Provides leadership and direction through managers. Develops departmental plans, including business and or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by the strategy and priorities of the department.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 platform from a Project Management and Technical perspective. Expert ability to present detailed project plans, formal presentations and communications to Business Associates.  Prior knowledge of deploying technology and migrating/supporting Business Groups for our Domestic and International Business's.
