  • Responsible for the successful execution of all aspects related to the planning and execution of the entire ongoing Marketing project portfolio
  • Manage execution of Marketing Project priorities and pipeline by having oversight of a Project execution staff
  • Provide leadership and development of staff
  • Manage the Marketing Intake, Prioritization, Steering and Socialization process
  • Develop and maintain forward looking project pipeline and dashboard for all aspects of the department
  • Communicate department priorities and manage pipeline adjustments accordingly
  • Share, collect and implement best practices with regards to prioritization, resource capacity planning and process optimization
  • Reinforce adoption of Marketing intake process across the business and with Senior Leaders
  • Work with Marketing department VPs to implement performance metrics within their functional area
  • Lead and influence individuals in other areas who are not direct reports but are relied upon to help complete key aspects of projects
  • Champion for continuous process improvement and determine frequency for implementing process improvements
  • Participate in various stages of the Annual Marketing Plan/Go To Market development process


  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 8- 10 years of experience in project management and  or business related experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial products
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Takes direction well and clearly possesses the ability to translate strategy into tactical deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Strong communication skills
