Position Summary:

Marketing Plan and Campaigns:

a.Works with TVH Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Business Development and TVH Senior Leadership to prepare the hospital’s annual Marketing Plan

b. Prepares Creative Briefing document to initiate new hospital marketing initiatives and campaigns

c.Submits Project Request Form to engage UHS corporate marketing in projects and serves as the primary point of contact with the UHS team for campaign development, approvals and initiation

d.Manages campaign and project budgets to ensure schedule and budgetary compliance

e.Establish ROI outcomes to monitor campaigns and track effectiveness f.Works with senior leadership, physician leaders, and service line and department directors to develop the content plan for each Health News issue and manages development for each issue

g.Manages video development and photography for marketing purposes h.Responsible to establish and maintain a robust social media and online presence for TVH and associated physician practices

i.Develop strategic and innovative approaches to leverage social media and online vehicles j.Primary point of contact with UHS Corporate Marketing for all social media and website content and initiatives Community Education and Events: a.Plans and implements community events sponsored by TVH such as the Women’s Heart Health and Temecula City Health and Wellness events b.Develop Medical Gold Mind community education programs featuring TVH physicians and leaders c.Prepares for and staffs TVH booths at various Chamber, community and employer events d.Develops an annual calendar of community education programs and community events.

e.Schedule TVH leadership, governing board and invited guests for TVH sponsored events f.Prepares summary of each event including outcomes, opportunities identified, follow up requirements and lessons learned.

g.Periodically represents Temecula Valley Hospital at community events and functions.

h.Primary point of contact for TVH Chamber memberships i.Build hospital’s electronic marketing database

 
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited four year program in a relevant field
  • Five years of healthcare marketing, public relations, and community experience
  • Knowledge of hospital and physician marketing, social media and on-line marketing, creation and implementation of marketing plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be flexible to some evening and weekend hours
