Fremont Hospital currently seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to join our senior leadership team.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for ensuring Human Resource leadership to the facility in all functional areas and serves as a resource and consultant to the facility management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consultation support for 400 employees on a variety of HR-related topics
  • Onboarding including full cycle recruitment (understand staffing needs, source candidates, interview, select, negotiate employment offers, assist with orientation, etc.)
  • Manage employee relations and retention management program
  • Maintain all HR files to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop, implement and revise HR policies and procedures
  • Administer absence management process
  • Conduct internal investigations
  • Advise Facility management and consult with Corporate HR Operations on sensitive corrective actions, PI Plans and other performance issues
  • Supervise HR staff

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • 5-7 years strong HR generalist experience required
  • 1-3 years HR management experience preferred
