Join our SWHS Team of Professionals!

SWHS consists of two acute-care hospitals:  Inland Valley Medical Center and Rancho Springs Medical Center. 

Inland Valley Medical Center

A 122 bed acute care hospital which features the regions only Level II Trauma Unit and is the county-designated Paramedical Base station and Southwest Riverside County’s only Center of Excellence in Weight Loss Surgery.

Rancho Springs Medical Center

A 120 bed acute care hospital which includes the region’s largest birthing center along with the area’s only NICU in combination with Rady Children’s Hospital and the region’s  first da Vinci Robotic Surgical Program.

As a staff member providing support expertise you will be responsible for providing excellence in patient care and customer service by sharing your talent in your chosen field.  Staff will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospitals mission statement.

Job Requirements




  • Solid, hands-on, productivity management skills, including analysis, decision-making and reporting
  • Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation
  • Skills to collaborate with and motivate direct staff and other key department employees
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interface and engage diverse population of staff, patients, and community groups
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff
  • Ability to adjusts and adapts to frequent change, new concepts, and ideas with appositive and investigative approach.  Demonstrates flexibility.
  • Ability to train, coach and develop staff.
  • Knowledge of current Joint Commission, CDPH and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and execute plans and strategies. 
  • Ability to develop standards of care and practice, draft/write policy and procedures.
  • Knowledge of DHS, Department of Radiologic Health, rules and regulations.
  • Age-Specific Competencies for customers served: Adult, Physicians, Vendors, and Medical Representatives



  • Eight (8) years of directly related work experience, with 5 years’ experience in management of a Radiology Department in a hospital setting.



  • Graduate of American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Radiology Program.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
