 ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

 

Ø  Solid, hands-on, productivity management skills, including analysis, decision-making and reporting

Ø  Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation

Ø  Skills to collaborate with and motivate direct staff and other key department employees

Ø  Strong written and oral communication skills

Ø  Ability to interface and engage diverse population of staff, patients, and community groups

Requirements

 MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

 

Ø  Eight (8) years of directly related work experience, with 5 years’ experience in management of a Radiology Department in a hospital setting.

 

 MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Ø  Graduate of American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Radiology Program.

Ø  Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

 

 REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

Ø  Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required.

Ø  Current ARRT (R) License required

Ø  Current BLS certification.

Ø  Certification in multiple modalities preferred
