Centennial Peaks Hospital is a 104 bed hospital located in beautiful Louisville, CO. We are dedicated to providing a full range of mental health and chemical dependency services to the state of Colorado. We strive to enhance the mental health, safety and well-being of our patients, their families, and the community at large by providing ethical, compassionate, medically and psychologically integrated inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for psychiatric and addiction disorders.

We are currently looking for a Director of our Outpatient Program.  The Director will work to ensure the Outpatient Program is implemented as designed, will work with the hospital staff, local community contacts and hospital referring providers to ensure that the needs of the community are being met. The Director will provide clinical supervision to all clinicians in the office and ensure that clinical outcomes of the program. He/She works with local managers from all programs delivering services in the assigned areas to ensure client care meets standards. The Director works collaboratively with other directors and addresses organizational barriers to achieve Centennial Peaks’ mission and vision. This individual proactively participates in programming and program development for designated program areas.

Job Requirements

Education: Master’s degree or above in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required
Years of experience needed: A minimum of Five (5) years experience in chemical dependency/mental health treatment; two (2) years supervisory/administrative experience.
Certifications/Licensure: LCSW/LPC and CACII or above required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Evidence of leadership qualities and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required
*5+ years of progressive mental health care management and broad based clinical experience is required
*Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural variables and respect for diversity
*Able to conceptualize the big picture and plan strategically
*Able to represent Centennial Peaks in the larger UHS system and in the community
*Thorough knowledge of program and organization requirements
