Primary Responsibilities:
Support / Lead development of national product strategy to serve foster care populations
  • Development of overall market leading model in collaboration with Integrated Health and Human Services (clinical / quality), operations, MedEcon, health plans, Optum, etc.
  • Drive development of standard measurement to translate into business opportunities or optimize care
  • Analysis of trends, learnings, deficiencies and sustainability in all C&S markets
  • Develop mechanisms to understand / measure BH costs and BCR impact in foster rate cells
  • Identify applicable quality outcomes for foster care populations
  • Learning from existing health plans to understand MedEcon drivers
  • Establish data and metrics needs baseline information
  • Develop and support partnership strategy
  • Assess & determine strengths / pain points in system to create synergies that enable us winning FC bids
  • RFP / RFI support- national accountable owner
  • Point of contact for NE partnership pilot
  • Liaison between community partners and care coordination to be a connector and incorporate learnings into national strategy
  • Conduit to non-Medicaid opportunities (child welfare)
  • Test a  liaison role between NE health plan / and community partner to test integration and specialized model of care
  • Owns an end to end process
  • Develops functional, market level, and / or site strategy, plans, production and /or organizational priorities
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team
  • Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and / or customer accounts (internal or external)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business
  • 10+ years of managed care experience, with experience with foster care, preferably in both the private and public sector
  • Project management experience within a matrix organization
  • 5+ years of product / product management experience
  • Demonstrated awareness of Trauma Informed Care principles and demonstrated experience in ing these principles to program design
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Nebraska
  • Demonstrated ability to research and develop products and services
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
