**Job Description:**



The Director will lead a Revenue Strategy team to develop profitable growth strategies for the AT&T video businesses, including premium channels, sports subscriptions, pay-per-view and other transactional revenue, as well as new opportunities.



As AT&T seeks to drive long-term profitable growth and a differentiated customer experience, this position will be tasked with keeping abreast of customer needs to ensure we provide exceptional choice and value. This will require envisioning creative solutions to meet those customer needs while aligning with enterprise subscriber growth, revenue and margin goals. This role includes existing, new, and emerging products, technologies, or applications. Come join AT&T as we are transforming entertainment!



**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**



+ Conceptualize, value, and implement new revenue growth strategies across



+ Premium channels

+ Sports packages

+ Transactional content

+ New opportunities



+ Deliver long term revenue growth strategies that map the business future in coming years

+ Work closely with the day-to-day P&L owners crafting the strategy that will maintain the health of these businesses in the long term, allowing the business owners to focus on daily execution and performance.

+ Develop business cases for new revenue generating assets beyond existing portfolio

+ Coordinate cross functionally within Marketing; touching Consumer Research and Competitive Intelligence, Retention Marketing, Broadband, Marketing Analytics, Ad Sales and other groups on initiatives to drive revenue growth and maintain existing businesses

+ Work with cross-functional stakeholders (including Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Programming Acquisition, Legal, Engineering, and IT) to ensure buy-in and proper execution of revenue driving initiatives.

+ Lead a team that develops AT&T's video revenue strategy.

**Qualifications Required**



+ **7-10 years of experience envisioning and executing revenue and profit growth strategies, with prior positions in at least one of the following industries:**



+ **Top tier strategy consulting**

+ **Subscription based services**

+ **Telecom, media, entertainment, or consumer industries**



+ **BS required, MBA or advanced degree from a leading program preferred**

+ **Demonstrated success in working to drive a business using inputs from customer research and competitive/industry intelligence**

+ **Proven success leading large cross-functional teams and managing various enterprise priorities**

+ **Self-directed, results-oriented individual who can independently handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment**

+ **Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe**

+ **Strong strategic, financial, analytical and conceptual skills**

+ **Strong written and oral communications, with experience preparing documents and presenting to Senior Executives**
