Description As AT&T Entertainment Group is one of the most exciting business opportunities in the experiential event and influencer space, specializing in the development of talent and content marketing. such, AT&T seeks a dynamic individual to assist in the creation of a new organization – AT&T Creator Lab - leading these programs.

The candidate should have significant experience with event execution, operations, and analytics within the entertainment space, as well as an understanding of integrating content and experiential programs into loyalty and retention-driving initiatives.


The Director will work on both their functional area (Operations/Analytics) and overall assigned partnerships to drive the greatest impact and activation of the partnership and to ultimately broaden the skill set of the team.

This role reports into the AVP of Creator Lab and regularly interfaces with the VP of Creator Lab, VP of Advertising & Marketing Communications, the EVP of Marketing, Entertainment Group CMO, SVP of Strategy, VP of Pricing & Promotions, VP of Content Development, VP of Media and their respective teams.

• The Operations arm of Creator Lab manages contract oversight, finance, supply chain, SAG, new requests for talent use/appearance, content management, and distribution audit, licensing, performance analytics of partnerships and executions.

• This role will drive and execute an overall integration plan within their assigned partnerships and support the primary point of contact for those partnerships.

• Understand the unique partnership development required with high-profile talent and programming. Demonstrate capability to partner internally and/or gain knowledge of the internal workings of AT&T so asset integration can be maximized into the business as usual operations.

**Position Requirements:**

• Experience and/or expertise in some or all of the following: video ingestion, legal contract negotiation, analytics and operations, budgeting and financial planning, SAG / AFTRA, content licensing.

• Must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a passion for developing the never-been-tried opportunity.

• Possess strong project management and motivation to overcome issues independently. Able to coordinate various detail-oriented needs of external deal partners and prioritize and manage high volume of work.

• Naturally flexible to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules and unpredictable events with humility, humor and patience. A solution-seeker, well-known as a collaborator; ability to work with internal clients and external partners to produce quality output in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Integrated Marketing Content – creative development, lateral thinking, and integration across all mediums and touchpoints.

• Strong experience in negotiating PR, Talent and Content deals.

• Has a strong interest in pop culture, current content and knowledge of the celebrity and brand landscapes.

• Experience managing creative, event and new-world PR agencies - in the development of content integration plans, events and programs.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and executive presentation capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 8+ years’ work experience in Integrated Marketing/Content/Advertising/Marketing Communications.

• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Job requires overnight travel, weekend and/or late hours.
