ADP is hiring a Team Director, Partner Strategy Operations. In this position, you'll leverage your project management and leadership expertise to guide multiple teams, ensuring efficient operations and an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for employees. This person will be responsible for creating, delivery and growing technology partnerships.

Director, Partner Strategy Operations: this position builds upon the vision to establish a scalable and efficient, partner-led go-to-market business model. It will accelerate ADP's Compliance Solutions business unit's growth and drive partner leverage throughout the customer experience journey. This role will work to develop and manage processes and systems across a matrix organization that spans product and technology, program management organization, sales and alliances, implementation, finance, marketing, strategy, and general managers to align and scale the partner business.

As a key leader within an internal partner organization, this role will focus on operationalizing key governance processes & driving objective business performance measurements. It will require strong process and program development, change management, and analytical and financial skills to drive consensus in a highly-matrixed environment. While holding a highly visible role and engaging with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product, strategy, and executives. Someone who is comfortable in managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities and a strong sense of operations, financial, analytic and relationship-building skills while driving a culture of objectivity rooted in data and facts throughout partner operations.

The Director of Partner Strategy Operations is responsible for providing the following:

Execution and Change Management

  • Design and execute cross- functional partner engagement/contractual models and routes-to-market where gives and gets within a model (e.g., managed services/resale) cut across multiple functions.
  • Participate and support overall change management for a large scale, multi-year, multi-disciplinary commercial transformation program.
  • Implement roles and responsibilities, standard operating procedures, and measurement criteria for internal as well as partner/client-facing support needs.
  • Implement and enable governance processes and performance measurement frameworks for program execution as well as ongoing channel operations.
  • Implement (and coordinate with supporting functions to build and manage) systems road maps including applications, data, analytics, and reporting/dashboards.

Program and Processes

  • Participate in the development, evaluation, and refinement of operations based on evaluation of market trends, competitive positioning, partner dynamics and financial growth aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain a partner-facing Partner Program that defines program structure, segments, engagement models, value pillars, rules of engagement, etc.
  • Provide objective input and structure to drive consensus and manage conflict to align leaders with deep beliefs and different agendas.
  • Ensure partner business is operating within corporate and legal compliance guidelines.

Relationship Management

  • Enable field, product and technology, and other stakeholders in developing and fostering relationships with key channel partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution and alignment in the field, and resolve any conflicts in an objective and expedited fashion.
  • Work with a cross-functional and highly-matrixed team for partner life cycle. Management -- i.e. business case, partner approval and incubation, partner success, business plan, and partner performance evaluation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in partner NPS.
  • Partner prioritization and management across & within ecosystems.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 -10 years of experience or more in Product Management, Project Management, Process Improvement and experience with field/client relationship partnerships
  • At least 5 years' experience in leadership

  • MBA or advanced Degree
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Ability to blend product, technology and business strategy to develop vision and strategy for partner success
  • Experience working closely with Partner Operations, Partner Management, Sales, Clients, Vendors and other partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Understanding of payroll systems and benefits practices, applications and client systems
  • Prior leadership training
