Primary Responsibilities:

  • Seeks new Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partnerships across assigned territory, managing the vetting, underwriting, and on-boarding of new PEO partnerships
  • Develops retention and growth strategies for assigned PEO Partners
  • Trains and coaches the PEO’s Sales Team to enhance their knowledge of UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
  • Works with assigned UHC Health Plans to identify and pursue local PEO opportunities
  • National PEO, Private Equity and Association/Trust team is expanding the integration and reach of UHC’s Aggregated Employer Segment (AEG)
  • This AEG leadership position will help expand historical growth results through rigorous and focused pursuit of new distribution capabilities with both new and existing AEG partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years relevant sales experience
  • Large Group Sales and Management Experience Preferred
  • 8 years people management experience
  • 8 years working with brokers/consultants
  • 8 years experience meeting sales goals/targets
  • 8 years experience using data analysis to drive change
  • 5 years experience with Alternative Funding arrangements, including ASO and MMP.
  • 3 years proficiency in Microsoft suite to include, word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Sales Insurance License Maintained by Law
  • Willingness to travel as required
