Position Summary


PGIM Real Estate seeks to hire an experienced professional to join the Global Business Development team.  Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development this person will be responsible for supporting global PGIM Real Estate’s institutional business development activities.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Vice President, Business Development to support global institutional sales and marketing objectives
  • Responsible for ownership and ongoing management of global CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Set strategic direction of system, ensure data quality and tight operational controls, drive user adoption
  • Develop reporting for various constituents, including Business Development Management team, Sales Reps, Portfolio Managers, Regional Business Heads
  • Manage future design and implementation stages to incorporate new processes and identified improvements, including integration of third party market intelligence data
  • Assist the Business Development team with ongoing client and consultant management and fundraising efforts including but not limited to, client meetings and roadshow coordination/preparation, ensure client/prospect/consultant questions and meeting follow ups are resolved timely, review RFP and due diligence materials, and assist in the development of marketing collateral in connection with new fund launches/fundraises
  • Coordinate and lead U.S. based meetings on behalf of Business Development relationship mangers as required
  • Conduct competitive analysis for PGIM Real Estate’s products; stay abreast on institutional real estate market trends
  • Assist with administration of Business Development quarter end sales management process
  • Assist with a variety of special projects

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • A minimum of 8 years experience supporting an institutional sales organization or related position
  • Prior experience in real estate investment management including strong knowledge of institutional real estate products, client/consultants, competitors, and industry partners
  • Prior experience in managing and maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Proactive, self-starter, tenacious problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Outstanding customer service skills; fiduciary mindset
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities; organization skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • High level of proficiency with technology, include Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Series 7, preferred
