The Director/Team Lead, Vaccines Field Enablement is responsible to work across a broad range of stakeholders to develop, evolve and lead people, projects and programs to advance organizational productivity, impact and results by enabling improvements in operational infrastructure, the account team model and the platforms and resources needed to put the organization and colleagues in the best possible position to succeed. This includes the establishment of a continuous improvement platform measured by clearly defined key performance indicators to help support customer-facing teams by enhancing and enabling commercial capabilities and effectiveness. The role will lead the design, implementation and institutionalization of rigorous and leading processes, tools and methods that drive consistency and adoption by various teams. The selected candidate will report to the VP/Lead Vaccines Sales and Accounts, be a member of the Sales and Accounts Leadership Team (SALT), and will be expected to contribute to efforts supporting all defined and established business priorities. The selected candidate will also be responsible for helping to inform business decisions across the U.S business by identifying and maximizing opportunities at the portfolio, brand and regional levels. The selected candidate will manage a direct reports team consisting of Director - Business Enablement, Vaccines Accounts and Director - Business Enablement, Vaccines Pharmacy Accounts and 1 Sr. BOM and 2 BOMs

+ Lead all operational and commercial excellence portfolio activities across the U.S. Vaccines Field Organization.

+ Support the VP/Lead Vaccines Sales and Accounts and the SALT to identify and prioritize critical short and long-term operational and commercial excellence initiatives.

+ Coordinate the SALT Team's communications and activities, such as Monthly Performance Reviews, Annual Vaccine Senior Leadership Business Reviews, Operating Plan presentation and Leadership Engagement efforts

+ Contribute strategic insight and coordination for customer facing organizations to help facilitate decision making and opportunity prioritization across the organization

+ Coordinate information flow and apply learnings to improve collaboration that supports strategic opportunities at local "in-field" levels.

+ Identify and lead various ad hoc Leadership Team strategic and analytical projects including but not limited to Business Development activities

+ Ensure integration and alignment of all customer facing and internal commercial efforts that deliver a lasting portfolio of value propositions that US Vaccines can take to market

+ Actively manage and monitor all related strategic initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately prioritized, resourced and supported both nationally and regionally

+ Manage a direct reports team consisting of Director - Business Enablement, Vaccines Accounts and Director - Business Enablement, Vaccines Pharmacy Accounts and 1 Sr. BOM and 2 BOMs

+ Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for the North American Vaccines Commercial Effectiveness Lead

+ Routinely collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and teams including Marketing, Finance, GCO, et al

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred

10+ years of experience or a commensurate mix of business, consulting and leadership roles that include Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Strategy with demonstrated problem solving and project and program management skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with others and drive results through others

Ability to work with and influence senior management and work collaboratively in a multi-national, cross-functional environment working toward shared goals

Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on customer and senior management interactions

Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic, customer facing collateral and conversations

Ability to work with multi-level staff and integrate resources in a timely and organized manner

Proven skills in the planning, management and delivery of multiple, diverse and high priority projects

Vaccines experience strongly preferred
