Description Director of Technology in Bangalore leading Biz Ops functions across Asia-Pacific and globally. Providing leadership and direction to a multi-disciplined tools and automation team committed to innovation, service excellence, employee development and continuous improvement.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Ensures our operations are connected globally and operating consistently with AT&T and Biz Ops culture, plans and strategy.

Constantly innovate to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.

Ensure advanced adoption of leading development methodologies, including but not limited to, Agile development processes, Dev Ops processes like Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Microservices architectures.

Regular communications sessions across all levels of the business to ensure strategy, culture and plans are understood and employees fully engaged.

Ensure relationships with chosen vendor and AT&T employees is seamless in producing results where collaboration is highly valued.

Ensure relationships with local GD&A operations team both Service Assurance and Service Delivery are created and maintained.

Ensures the work of our staff is highly valued, recognized and best in class

Committed to leading and supporting local Community and Employee Resources groups

Provides leadership and support of ATO’s Collaboration Zones initiative

Establishes and implements Biz Ops & GO&P standards for the center to ensure quality and consistency.

Keeps within budget constraints



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

- Proven leadership of a multi-disciplined technology-based organizations

- Keen understanding of leading development methodologies, including but not limited to, Agile development processes, Dev Ops processes like Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Microservices architectures.

- Flexibility to work across time-zones in support of customer and internal initiatives as required

- Ability to motivate, lead-by example and engage a large team to drive innovation

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to communicate at senior and executive levels within AT&T and Customer and Vendor leadership

- Strong understanding of AT&T Technologies and Services especially those supported by GD&A.

- Demonstrated ability to work interdependently with other teams both inside and out of GD&A.

- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, and implement process improvements and departmental and organizational changes.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines in a complex, fast-paced, detail oriented environment.

- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to employee and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent project management skills.



**Education and Qualifications:**

Bachelor's or Advanced degree preferred.
