They will provide hands-on program leadership and support for the full spectrum of change capability from setting-up an effective change management process including communication strategies through to driving adoption of the changes and ensuring that new ways of working are embedded.

This position will partner with stakeholders across the business as well as work closely with Corporate Affairs to execute the change plan. The position will require significant cross-functional work and relationship building across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

Leads the development of controllership training and development programs by collaborating with senior leadership to identify training and development needs; communicating the global controllership goals and vision through training and development programs; designing organizational change programs that address skill gaps along with associated metrics; designing and providing strategic direction for the content development of global controllership training; partnering with subject matter experts across the business to develop training programs; developing training and development roadmaps in collaboration of all the global controllership function; determining the appropriate tools, technology, and resources to deliver training content globally; participating in contract negotiations for training and translation services; ensuring translation requirements are met; communicating the criticality of training and development across the controllership; and ensuring alignment of the training portfolio with the overarching controllership strategy.

Drives the planning and execution of global controllership communication plans (for example (technical accounting debriefs, controllership quarterly communication, control and compliance alerts) by working with senior leadership across the global organization to establish vision, objectives, and goals for the communication plan; coordinating and controlling the execution of project announcements with internal and external customers; managing the development, delivery, and feedback of significant communication events; reviewing and approving communication plan elements; evaluating the effectiveness of communication plans and identifying areas of improvement; and representing controllership and the company with industry organizations, regulatory agencies, and peer groups.

Drives change management efforts for global controllership initiatives by leading the controllership quality loop components (for example,change/implementation, communication, training, governance, and sustainability); building relationships with internal organizations to better understand their business needs and practices; assessing change readiness within the United States and global markets; developing assessments of effectiveness of controllership training programs; developing, testing, recommending, and implementing improved policies, processes, and controls; and tailoring action plans for specific audiences.

Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor s degree in accounting or business related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

+ 2 years experience in instructional design, training, or related industry.

+ 6 years experience in public accounting, consulting, financial accounting or related field.

+ 6 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
