We are hiring a District Channel Manager - Talent Management Solutions. BASIC FUNCTION Calls on ADP existing National Accounts in the mid market from 1000-8000 employees. Responsible for selling ADP Talent suite of products which includes Succession Planning, Learning, Performance and Compensation. Primarily responsible for managing assigned client relationships, including interfaces with ADP key stakeholders in contact administration, implementation and client services to insure the achievement of the region's revenue, profit and retention goals.
* Attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
* Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, including the following: Compiles "Account Plan" documents for existing clients, potential product sales and related selling strategy. Produces a 120 day prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts. Develops prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars.
* Identifies client complaints with existing products/services and initiatives action plan with operations and client services to ensure prompt resolution of problems.
* Broadens knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.
* Develop, negotiate and close sales opportunities within accounts assigned
