Description:

The District Manager l is responsible for the sale of ADP products and services to new prospects with 1-99 employees, within a defined geographic territory, and for the sale of additional business to current clients within that same geographic territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospects the entire territory by bank marketing, phone canvassing, foot canvassing, vertical marketing, direct mail and developing client and CPA referrals. Sells ADP products and services to present clients in an assigned geographic territory. Develops a marketing plan with SM/SE which details activities to be followed during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on producing or exceeding quota. Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating and facilitating in training sessions within ADP and through their own independent efforts. Maintains accurate records of all activities (calls, presentations, sales, etc.) within their assigned territory. Serves as liaison between the new client and ADP support departments throughout the conversion cycle. Attends and participates in Roll Call/Start Call meetings Assists management in keeping abreast of competition, changes in the marketplace, and other pertinent industry data. Ensures use and compliance with all aspects of the Salesforce Automation System.
