The DME / Pharmacy Delivery Technician is responsible for delivery and pick-up of patient orders for medications, supplies and equipment in a safe, accurate, courteous, effective and timely manner.  In addition; responsible for designated activities related to miscellaneous warehouse duties as required which may include cleaning and maintenance of infusion control devices, managing and disposing of hazardous waste, and general warehouse labor.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver medications and supplies to patients
  • Assist with picking and packing of supplies
  • Assist in inventory restocking
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing the warehouse
  • Assist in other warehouse responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Knowledge of travel in and around Long Island and Manhattan
  • Dependable vehicle (or access to), a current and valid Driver's License, as well as current auto insurance
  • Must have and maintain a clean current / valid driver license, with no moving violations during the past two (2) years
  • Comfortable with delivering up to 50% of the time, as needed
  • Comfortable working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with the possibility of evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the role of delivery driver
  • Previous customer service experience
