Job Title: DNS / Extranet Services Associate Manager

Description:

This candidate will be subject matter expert responsible for all DNS / Extranet services within Network Technology Management and assisting in incident management, problem management and root cause analysis.

  • Lead and be accountable for the DNS/ extranet services
  • Lead and refresh the Move to Production process of network services to ensure consistent and stable environment globally
  • Leverage capabilities as needed to simplify the end-end delivery of services
  • Develop KPI's and measure SLA's related to DNS services


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Network communications, advanced degree or equivalent technical training certification a plus - example Certified Cisco Internetworking Expert (CCIE)
  • 8+ years of related IT business work experience
  • Experience in CPG industry preferred
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively
  • Operational experience in the following technologies from an isolated as well as integrated perspective
    • Platform technologies
    • Process development experience specially around planning and move to production
  • Proven skills on large scale implementation of processes and technology improvements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel
  • Good collaboration and partnership skills to foster key relationships with other technology, application and business teams
  • Solid foundation in IT operational concepts and procedures
  • Requisite skills to influence others in order gain consensus and alignment for key deliverables that span multiple teams and organizations
  • Vendor management experience
