Job Details


Responsible for supporting Quality Assurance in the Entry and verification of data for the Annual Product Records Review reports, gathering of the additional data for the preparation of the reports, filing and distribute of APRR's.


Responsible for the entry and verification of the analytical and in-process data for the Annual Product Records Review. Support the issuance of Annual Product Record Report as needed. Responsible for the typing of memos, forms, reports and procedures in word processor. Maintains APRR's documentation files and area organized. Submits information including APRR's and photocopy of documents requested. Responsible for keeping inventory of necessary supplies for the APRR's area. Actively supporting Pfizer values.

Even though is not part of the core functions the colleague can be requested to:

Responsible for the filing and distribution of laboratory analytical and packaging documents. Serves as back up to the QO Sr. Administrative Assistant. Prepares all batch and packaging records as requested by the planning area for production following record preparation instructions contained in current area SOPs. Preparing "official copies" of master batch records, master packaging records, material specifications, analytical procedures, packaging specifications and bill of materials, and standard operating procedures, as requested by other departments and approval by Quality. In the Central File area:

+ Responsible to receive, sort, label, and file of documents.

+ Responsible for Data-Entry.

+ Responsible to maintain updated information on NDA, Annual Report, Field Alert and FDA Contact Binders and others documents.

+ Responsible to identify the racks with labels in the Rolling File Area.

+ Submits information and photocopy of documents requested.

In the SOP Area:

+ Filing - maintains proper procedure files with most current revision and previous revision, including History of Review, and other information related to SOP's.

+ Responsible for keeping a follow-up system for procedures that need reviewing.

+ Responsible for keeping a follow-up system for procedures that need release from training

+ Responsible for the distribution of Plant and Corporate procedures within the Quality department and other departments.


Inside the Company: Daily contacts with supervisory, managerial and/or office personnel.

Occasional contacts with staff members.

Outside the Company: May establish contact with vendors or suppliers, as directed, to maintain office supplies.


Education: Minimum Associate Degree.

Experience: At least three (3) year with similar responsibilities in clerical assignments within the pharmaceutical industry.


+ Technical Skills

+ Fully Bilingual.

+ Knowledge of computer and word processing, Excel, Minitab software.
