You pull your manager when you need advice and pull executives when big decisions are required, for the rest you drive. This means that youll be responsible for:

Define project charter (goals, deliverables, timings, work approach,)

Set up a nimble process to make things happen working with multiple team members

Define hypothesis, perform analysis, draw a chart, buy a gift, present a chart, whatever is needed to solve the problem in front of you

We would like to be specific on the projects youll work with, but we are nimble and serve the supply chain in whatever is more needed when it is actually needed. To get an idea, you could be working on topics such as improving on-time delivery, offering faster shipping at no extra cost, optimizing fulfillment options (pickup, site-to-store,), improving fresh product delivery experience, etc. All projects are cool and critical, and of course, they come with accountability to deliver our best running the extra mile is not a choice.Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS from a rigorous undergraduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement

Ownership. Possess a Founders mentality and bias to action. Whatever challenge you face, you find a way to solve it.

Analytical. Ability to manipulate large quantities of data to drive business decisions, needless to say, high attention to detail is a must. So, Excel and SQL better be your friends .

Diligent. Track-record of effectively completing multiple and time-sensitive projects

Team Player.
