As the first stage in the client experience the DVP Implementation is responsible for ensuring that the client experience is positive from day one. The primary responsibility of this role is:


* Ensure that the ADP National Accounts Human Capital Management solutions are implemented on time and with the highest quality.

* Ensures that the overall Center's goals are met and resources are shared dynamically to meet the demands (internal and external) of specific areas within the Center.

* Leads the BPO Implementation Center responsible for all solutions, HR, Payroll and TLM.

* Average start plan accountability of $25 - 35M.

* Responsible for aligning all Implementation Leadership with those initiatives and actions that will ensure goal achievement and resource optimization.

* Proactively reaches out to prospects and clients during the sales and implementation processes, thus demonstrating ADP's ongoing commitment to quality and customer service.

* The position drives and is accountable for all aspects of the implementation of the Center. This includes: meeting the implementation metrics around Starts, No-starts, Backlog Management, and NPS.

* This leader must engage clients in focus groups to build and further the client relationship and to gather critical information and feedback on ways to improve throughout the sales, implementation, training and service processes.

* Collaborates with National Accounts Services and Sales to establish vision and business strategies and lead the change management process for the Center.

* In conjunction with other Center DVPs, drives associate engagement, retention, talent/career development and appropriate programs to support a virtual implementation organization.


  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in work experience.
  • At least 10+ years multi-functional experience.
  • Senior level leadership experience with a proven ability to lead a large organization in a virtual environment.
