Job Details

MBA (HR) / MPM with 12 -15 years of experience of HR / IR

Additional qualification / certification in Law may be added advantage

**Role Responsibilities**

+ Organization design:

+ Provide site specific support for business and functional structures, restructuring, change management, acquisitions and divestments.

+ Leadership capability building:

+ Support leaders to build strong teams thru coaching and enabling managers, robust performance management guidelines, building capability and effectiveness and leveraging of analytics in decision making.

+ Culture building & Change management:

+ Delivery of required talent and L&D interventions to address gaps, if any.

+ Sustain OD interventions, change management initiatives and culture building

+ Talent Management & Team building:

+ Help drive talent planning, reviews and succession planning

+ Attract, develop and retain talent such as to create an agile and robust HR team

+ Guide site HR team to achieve objectives and manage people processes

+ Industrial Relations:

+ Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations

+ Compliance & Policies governance:

+ Support a strong compliance culture thru providing necessary inputs to leaders, manager and colleagues. Actively participate in investigations and remediation processes.

+ Ensure alignment of all strategic and operational elements to global policies and governance processes of shared services and operations, C&B, L&D and TOPS. **Role Requirements**

+ Strong functional knowledge that can help create and deliver people strategy elements

+ Expertise in core HR competencies with focus on IR / ER and management of a large workforce

+ Excellent inter-personal skills geared towards influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders

+ Ability to create a high level of impact thru communication, proactive planning and leveraging relationships

+ Ability to coach and guide leaders and managers and creation of alignment for coordinated strategy implementation.
