Job Description

  • Local product information management system set up, management and support. Set up automated and semiautomated content delivery to key touchpoints(incl. retailers catalogs, marketplaces, own web sites etc.)
  • Participate in implementation of Companys e-commerce strategy to key on-line, tech and list mile disrupters partners as a part of AOP development (incl sales data)
  • Ensure that the e-commerce and media2store strategy is consistent with the other digital activities. Execute on-line sales plan for aimed retailers. Set up for automated web site performance data collection from aimed retailers.
  • eCom activations execution in trading calendar for aimed customers
  • Test & Learn plan execution
  • Roll out Fixing the basics for PEP products [image, text, categorisation, search visibility, shop-in-shop] to tech and last mile disrupters
  • Perform operational due diligence on the retail partners across the end to end sales flow to identify issues /risks and mitigate accordingly through effective partnering and collaboration with internal /external partners and subject matter experts
  • Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimise PepsiCo products on retailers platforms
  • Work closely with commercial teams on strategic/growth levers for the online business and be proactive in identifying online process for offline activity
  • Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the merchant portfolio from internal and external data / insights
  • Branded presence in eshop enhance. Leads quality of product description in eshops, categorization, search visibility, shop-in-shop, control and evaluate the work of digital agencies, and web developers, involved in execution of e-commerce and media2store strategy
  • Ensure efficiency and productivity of used strategies and technologies vs highest global standards
  • Provide final results, evaluation of accomplished projects and clear recommendations for the future
Communicate with agencies account managers to get best in class project team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Professional background in Analytics and Marketing e-commerce in the FMCG industry 1 year
  • Experienced in Google Analytics / Yandex Metrica/ Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in supporting an eCommerce business [CPG or retail an advantage] and suporting the overall strategy; covering on site trading, acquisition marketing, UX optimisation and technical development
  • Advanced English
  • Analytical skills create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills - to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement
  • Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
