This position will be an integral member of the leadership team to help shape the PepsiCo Supply Chain Strategy to deliver near-term strategic goals while developing the longer-term Supply Chain strategy and capabilities. The position will interface with all levels or the organization and work collaboratively across multiple business teams, Business Units and functions


  • This position will lead PepsiCo's eCommerce Supply Chain Service agenda by providing recommendations supported with insights into: Supply Chains service KPMs across all BUs. This Position will be the one voice to our customers on all things Supply Chain. Ensure execution of daily processes with maniacal attention to detail. Manage inventory, troubleshoot problem items, and track orders to 100% accuracy. Monitor performance on wholesale and DTC channels and customer service to rapidly detect and address any problems or opportunities. Lead Day to day supply chain operations and delivey of key metrics(e.g., fill rates, VLT)
  • The translation of the Supply Chain eCommerce strategy into actionable work plans and deliverables including return, risk, technology and capability investment, customer growth and KPM impact. Aligning resources and leading your team to execute the agreed strategy to drive service to Best in Class.
  • Work closely with commercialization teams across the BUs to understand service outages and develop actionable plans to address outages.
  • Lead strategic plan and AOP development for service including analysis and deck preparation
  • Provide counsel to a broad range of senior leaders on the impact to the Supply Chain for given projects.
  • Positively influence at all levels within and outside the organization as a strategic thought leader.
  • Collaborate & coordinate with Global Supply Chain & Global regions to translate eCommerce learning globally.
  • Have regular touch points with each BUs SC leader to ensure nationally we are aligned to customer expectations.
  • Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations
  • Creatively identify opportunities for technology to enable increased service levels.
  • Lead multi- faceted teams

  • Develop long-term people capability in the work group

  • BA or relevant Degree (Operations, Supply Chain) from a rigorous graduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a highly analytical, data intensive and/or strategic role, preferably with significant experience in Supply Chain and/or online retail
  • Track-record of effectively managing teams to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimum guidance
  • Ability to cross-functionally partner with and influence/inspire key decision makers in the organization
