The Edge Program Manager for Community & State is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Edge Account Manager and for driving reinforcement and adoption of Edge Opportunity Manager, Edge Account Manager, and Edge Opportunity Manager and Edge Account Manager are the foundational methodologies and enabling tools for our growth organization. is the enabling growth engine and the system of record for all business development and sales based opportunities, events, campaigns and contacts. As such, it is used to provide actionable insights to our Growth and Market executives and the C&S CEO. This individual contributor will have experience in leading methodology and enabling tool implementations. They will also have experience with a variety of methods of adoption and reinforcement modes including, but not limited to, user forums, user coaching, internal communication campaigns, video learning, etc. In addition, they will use system reporting and metrics to identify areas of adoption risk and will remediate. Finally, they should have excellent project management and vendor management experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Edge Account Manager Implementation
  • Serve as the project manager for the implementation of Edge Account Manager
  • Manage the relationship with the Edge vendor, Altify
  • Lead the planning and execution of the training for Edge Account Manager
  • Lead Adoption and Reinforcement Activities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive adoption and reinforcement plan for and the Edge methodologies and tools
  • Lead the Growth Systems and Readiness team to provide enabling technologies through our primary platform, and other technologies and lead DSNP and other readiness operations
  • Identify areas of adoption risk and develop and execute remediation plan
  • Execute just-in-time training plans through the use of multiple technology platforms (e.g., Brainshark, WebEx)
  • Lead Communications and Training Plan Development and Execution
  • Develop and execute communication plans for all new technology implementations and any system enhancements
  • Develop and execute training plans for all new technology implementations and any system enhancements
  • Facilitate ongoing user forums for implemented technologies to build user knowledge and provide just-in-time user issue resolution
