Cisco’s EMEAR IT Service Provider Channel team helps our IT Service Provider customers (ITSP) to drive topline revenue in  through their investment in Cisco technologies.

It does so by working collaboratively with ITSPs to define and build innovative new Managed & Platform Services and by leveraging our joint sales and marketing capabilities to accelerate End Customer adoption of these services after launch.

The EMEAR ITSP Channel team helps ITSPs navigate the shifting IT landscape, helping ITSPs to maximize growth in their traditional Remote Managed Services portfolios while launching new Cloud and software-based Platform services based on Cisco technologies.

What you will do
You will engage with and India HQ based ITSP (Pre-)Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology stakeholders and drive the successful insertion of innovative new Managed & Platform Services based on Cisco technologies.

You will work with your designated Solution Architect and the wider Cisco systems engineers (SEs), technology specialists and account managers to successfully position, develop, build, pilot and launch these Cloud & Platform Services and then seamlessly hand over to in-country ITSP Leads to accelerate adoption of these Cloud & Platform Services in the market

Your responsibilities will include sales, value proposition development, market requirements assessment, pricing, economic modelling, competitive analysis, technical and operational feasibility and go-to-market planning. 

You will influence and align internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Marketing. Sales, Services, Capital and Finance to ensure that the Cisco value proposition meets ITSP and end customer requirements.

You will strive to accelerate the ITSP’s time to market through the design and launch of innovative new Cloud, software-based Platform Services, leveraging and evangelizing the use of agile service creation processes whenever possible.  

Who you are
You are an outcome-focused sales& business development professional with a strong goal and performance orientation and at least five (5) years’ experience developing and launching Managed (Cloud) Services

You are a strong collaborator and consultative seller with excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build rapport on all levels of Cisco and our ITSP customers.  
You have extensive experience in all aspects of the Service Creation & GTM process, including market assessment, value proposition and business case development, platform build, test and operationalisation and go-to-market strategy development.  

You have a deep understanding of enterprise IT needs and of the IT Service Provider industry and its specific business priorities and challenges. It would be great if you have understanding about India HQ based IT Service Providers in the content of their US HQ & EMEAR HQ based competitors

In particular, you have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Managed & Cloud based networking and connectivity service,
• Managed & Cloud Collaboration services
• Managed & Cloud Security services
• Managed Data Centre/Cloud services

You are willing to travel extensively internationally to support intensive and impactful customer engagement
You are fluent in English and have very high cultural awareness. Indian language skills beneficial.
