Deal Management Operations Lead

What You’ll do

Deal Management Operations holds the responsibility for the operational E2E deal lifecycle management across all deal constructs enabling productivity for our Sales force and Partner community at the same time that focus on streamlining operational processes. As a Deal Management lead you will be managing a team of Deal Managers in the EMEAR region who will be executing on the strategic deals across Products, Services and Software as well as managing a series of initiatives working closely with internal and external stakeholders as you play an active role in the continuous evolution of this key transformational play for Customer & Partner Services.

This requires you to:

·     drive operational excellence within your team establishing a strong mindset of continuous evolution of the individuals and the service

·     create strong internal and cross functional partnerships to deliver the best service to our stakeholders and customers

·     have strong operational and managerial acumen, understanding business dynamics and recognizing business models evolution that will impact the service

·       Interlock with other groups in Cisco, drive effective execution and collaboration across Operations and Cisco in general

·       lead critical initiatives for the organization and act as ONE operations

·       Innovate, automate and develop new capabilities to grow the value delivered by the team with the expectation of contributing to a locally relevant yet globally consistent value add service offering


Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the Customer and Partner Services team. You will leverage your experience as a leader to develop your team in a fast-paced changing environment at the same time that you will be a key business partner for CPS Theatre Managers, CPS Service Owners and your counter-parts and peers in-country, regionally and globally.

Who You Are

·     University degree or equivalent

·     Minimum 5 years of related experience in Operations or equivalent with proven strong leadership skills that span beyond management of a team

·     Experience working with senior executives including excellent communication skills to inform and influence with an ability to set and negotiate expectations

·     Strong planning and analytical skills

·     Proven track record in delivering results through self and others

·     Ability to build productive peer and stakeholder relationships

·     Excellent business acumen and good financial understanding

·     Excellent presentation skills and PowerPoint skills
