What You'll Do

You will closely align with Collaboration Regional Sales Managers and Product Sales Specialists to lead and win with Flex as the primary offer for Collaboration, and with a cross-functional team from Offers, BU, Finance and Software Sellers to lead and win with Flex plan.

You will be the Go-to resource for pre-sales Flex Plan sales cycle.

You will effectively lead and position Flex Plan with customers, channel partners and Cisco account teams.

Other responsibilities include but won't be limited to:

  • Building a Flex Plan offer in Cisco Commerce Software Subscriptions & Services 
  • Discounting best practices
  • Trade-in Calculator, Purchase Adjustment process
  • DSA process and required attachments
  • Updates on new offers, changes to process, promos
  • Prioritizing deals for approval with Commercial Finance
  • Collecting common blockers impeding acceleration and scale
  • Track pipeline of current opportunities in Smartsheet with legal booking details and insight around timing Fiscal Quarter/Month, status (Commit/Upside), roadblocks.
  • Collect common blockers impeding acceleration.
  • Leverage output (Spark Spaces with account team and offer information) from Flip2Flex tool to qualify and accelerate Flex prospects.
  • Use provided pipeline data from SFDC to qualify Flex prospect opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Use provided WebEx renewal data to identify, qualify prospect opportunities to “flip to flex”
  • Proactively answer questions in ASK rooms
  • Stay current with ongoing updates from Fabian, Cloud Currents, CIA, PSSVT training sessions
  • Financial modeling of offers

When you work with GMSO (Global Meetings Sales Organization), you’ll be part of a highly empowered collaboration team who's passionate about the successful insertion of the Meetings portfolio across Cisco’s sales activities. 

Who You Are

Both your clients and your teammates consider you a charismatic, articulate leader and a born diplomat. As a result, you have a winning record of developing and winning contracts, and you can program manage complex, global deals. 

At a minimum, we expect you to have a BA/BS, 5 years' experience selling Software, as well as experience in solution development or business development. You should also have expert knowledge of the Cisco Cloud Connected Endpoint portfolio. You have a demonstrated track record of pursuing and handling services engagements of $1M+ in multiyear recurring revenue contracts.
