What You'll Do

Provide insights, market trends, market management around Enterprise Networking and Manage Service Provider.  Work with EN Access BE on requirements for business.  Assist with forecasting trends in business.  Responsible for reporting on Enterprise Networking initiatives.  Help execution of geo get well plans.  Project manage field and partner enablement activities and programs.  Provide Sales, Business Performance and Customer insights, specifically:  define customer needs: portfolio capabilities with partners.  Influence portfolio roadmap of what’s needed.  Own the sales scaling strategy: solutions (partners, software, hardware, services).  Enablement (define what type of enablement with regions to drive and define delivery requirements).  Messaging for EBCs, demos, etc.  Competitive landscape – insights, understand trends (loss reviews).

The role of Business Development Manager for  Access go to market function will be responsible for driving the sales acceleration initiatives and strategic priorities globally and in partnership with the regional sales organizations around the world.
