What You’ll Do

Who You’ll Work With

The ATA Engagement Manager (EM) is the lead customer facing presence for the Cisco Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA) Service. This position requires the IM to direct all aspects of delivery across the ATA team and ensure successful delivery of the ATA service. The EM also engages with Cisco account teams and other service delivery staff to ensure customer satisfaction. The EM will work with Secure Operations Center staff on customer issues, and engages directly with customers on a daily basis.

 

Who You Are

The Engagement Manager will have a strong overall understanding of the Managed Security technologies and will be supported with deep technical expertise from the Incident Manager and/or Client Engineer. This role will hold a leadership position as it pertains to the client and must have the ability to lead and direct co-workers that are not direct reports.The role will be required to hold internal and client facing calls and should be comfortable leading meetings with executive level participation. Constant interaction with client teams and internal teams will be required. Will have ownership of the creation and distribution of client facing documents

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience leading service delivery
  • Knowledge of Cisco security products, malware - types and families,   
  • Security breaches and trends  
  • Working knowledge of processes for threat detection, mitigation, remediation on customer networks




  • Strong Organizational skillsand ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
  • Use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
