Enterprise Networking SBDM Cansac Region

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Networking SBDM to join the Latin America team with focus on Cansac Region to develop Enterprise Networking Strategy and key initiatives to accelerate Enterprise Networking Business in Cansac.

The Senior Sales Business Development Manager will own and develop the Enterprise Networking strategy for Cansac. Candidate will be asked to stay up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services. Provide sales support for Cisco internal and Partners.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with Cansac AMs and Executives, customers and Partners in the region.  You will also work with Executives in the Latin America region, Americas and Enterprise Networking BEs.

Who You Are

The position requires a wide variety of skill sets.

You are expected to lead discussions with top executives both inside and outside of the company and make decisions that have a high degree of strategic and financial impact. You need to have strong skills in build strategic plans defining clearly the investment needed and the expected return.

Strong leadership and communication skills including strong language capability to work with senior executives in Spanish and English environments

Ability to think strategically and align investment opportunities with the Cisco business (familiarity with Cisco's business lines and especially market adjacencies, experience with a strategy consulting firm, particularly with a focus in the IT sector, will be considered favorably)

Other important skills for this position:

- Knowledge of competitors in key areas such as Routing & Switching, Wireless and Security.

- Understand competition;

- Experienced in  Market Intelligence

- Experience in GTM strategy definition from technical to price point

- To position and differentiate Cisco's solutions against the competition in front of  customers and partners

- To create interest and develop solutions knowledge in our sales force.

- To innovate while participating and supporting demand generation programs locally.

-To be an active participant in the strategic planning of the segment/account/country.

- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to work efficiently and the leadership to work and create virtual teams

- Ability to solicit help from internal resources to solve an issue or accomplish a task

- Identify and converts big deals being developed by Competitors

- Must be comfortable presenting to a group of people.

- To be a speaker in Cisco and industry events in his area of expertise within and outside his assigned territory.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation skills

- Experience Service creation;

- Experience in Service Provider Sales force enablement

- Recruit and Develop new partners;
