Description + Leads large cross functional teams; project lead for key strategic Mobility Product Management Initiatives

+ Responsible for end to end project management from ideation through go-to market planning, launch readiness and execution

+ Facilitate and document business requirements and experience development for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support

+ Identifies, drives, documents and manages program level coordination, dependencies, issues, risks, project roadmap, schedules and proof of concept implications across multiple projects within a program

+ Creates and drives overall program schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies

+ Ability to drive strategy in an ambiguous environment based on industry and internal intelligence, making important business decisions on behalf of the customer experience

+ Facilitates coordination of product, project and technical managers

+ Define standard processes across projects for consistency and efficiency under a single program

+ Interfaces with senior leadership to establish policies and performance objectives and assess strategic and tactical plans

+ Analyzes and drives definition of ambiguous scope with cross functional stakeholders

+ Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple business channels and customer touch points

+ Drive efficiency in deliverables by recommending and implementing time saving process changes that maintain and ensure integrity and quality of the delivery of initiatives

+ Work with a wide spectrum of business stakeholders to benchmark best practices, identify gaps, and develop tactical and strategic plans to drive implementation, communication and product realization

+ Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve internal and external customer experiences

Converse to traditional IT project managers, working as an AT&T Senior Business Project Manager you will lead key Mobility Product Management strategic plans for Business. You will have insight to analyze and define scope with cross functional stakeholders. The scope and magnitude of this role includes leading large cross functional teams for key strategic programs, responsible for leading a large cross functional team to develop requirements for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support. In this role you will engage multiple organizations/functions on business strategies and functional/business architectures. Your focus in this position is assessing and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives. This includes detail plans, schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, gap analysis, coordination within all technical functions, on-going expense tracking and actual vs. budget analysis. As the Senior Business Project Manager, End-to-End Customer Experience, you may be involved in recommending business solutions/alternatives and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on innovative new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

+ 5+ years related business project management experience

+ Experience in leading cross-functional efforts

+ Strong business acumen with solid IT and network exposure

+ Must understand and have knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

+ End-to-end customer experience definition/strategy

+ Successful gap analysis experience

+ Proficiency of business tools i.e. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio

+ Strong background in planning, implementing and managing change

+ Strong analytical ability

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

+ Experience in providing presentations to Senior Management

Desired Qualifications:


+ Telecom Wireless industry experience

+ PMP Certified
