Job Details


The BQ area is responsible for quality control testing of in-process and finished products, raw materials and critical environment monitoring in the McPherson plant.


+ Perform review of viable and non-viable monitoring data of aseptic areas and controlled environments.

+ Knowledge of all environmental monitoring to include utility (compressed gas and water) samples, locations and sampling requirements.

+ Knowledge of the EMS system including the ability to assess data in relation to particle excursions and pressure events.

+ Ability to trend data in support of investigational activities.

+ Participates in employee involvement teams.

+ Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor.

+ Maintain clean and organized workspace.


Requires ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively. Knowledge needed of environmental monitoring and GMP (High school plus additional specialized courses or experience required). A minimum of 4 years of EM or equivalent experience. Bachelor's preferred.
