Job Details

Assist the Director in their daily activities, providing additional viewpoint to help the prospect of business likewise, learn to make decisions professionally and understand the importance of the department responsible for the Regional Presidents internal / external communications.

Primary Duties : Perform in the first instance, the roles of assistant, that are concerned with preparing and schedule appointments, check schedules, make expense reports and accounts payables, help with the director's management in their daily activities and, in second instance actively participate in developing initiatives across the region to address enterprise initiatives and regional culture needs and as well managing the regional master calendar .
