Foundations Recovery Network, LLC, (The Addictions Division of UHS), is currently seeking a dynamic and talented sales coordinator for the position of Event Sales Coordinator. You will work with dozens of sponsors and partners of our events and will seek out new sponsors and partners.  The Coordinator works with the marketing team to coordinate and build new sponsor opportunities. 

Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize multiple lead sources to make calls to potential new conference participants
Lead email campaigns directed to at past, current and potential event (conference, Heroes in Recovery 6K and webinar) sponsors.
Make cold calls and generate email campaigns designed to establish group attendee relationships with professional behavioral health organizations.
Identify potential event sponsors and attendees through industry magazines and participation in industry events.  Use the information to build and maintain a database in SalesForce.com
Assist in building a database of potential event sponsors and attendees through Saleforce.com, industry magazines and participation in industry events. 
Market our events to potential sponsors and attendees at conferences, luncheons and other events at times.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com of interactions with potential conference sponsors.
Maintain accurate records of confirmed payments and relevant notes for conference sponsors in Saleforce.com through working with our registration company and accounting department.
Send invoices to conference sponsors when past due dates are approaching, have passed or when requested.
Work with registration vendor to maintain accurate records of sponsorship/attendee registration and payments.
Maintain accurate records in Google Docs of interactions with potential Heroes in Recovery 6K and webinar sponsors.
Respond to internet inquiries through Foundationsevents.com website from potential exhibitors, speakers and attendees.
Actively participate in sales training an coaching

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Manage customer relationships via CRM such as SalesForce.com
Understanding of the sales process
Intermediate skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
1-3 years of related work experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to be physically mobile; however, long periods of sitting will be required.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to read, write and analyze detailed and complex information.
Overnight travel 10-25%
