The Corporate Centers Human Resources (CCHR) team is looking for a highly motivated, team oriented individual to provide executive assistant support to the VP, HR Business Partner for Actuarial and Risk Management.   The successful candidate will also provide support to the other HR team members. 
  • Provide executive level administrative support to principals as they interface with individuals from all businesses and corporate functions up to the most senior levels within the enterprise;
  • Perform administrative work of significant difficulty and complexity with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Schedule high volume of meetings with quick turnaround, which includes video conferences, preparing meeting materials and agenda;
  • Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to filing, ordering department supplies, photocopying, answering and screening telephone calls and responding to routine inquiries;
  • Organize and respond to emails on behalf of principals
  • Prepare documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Assist with departmental projects;
  • Serve as back-up for other executive assistants on team

  • A minimum of eight years’ experience supporting executives
  • Executive assistant experience in a financial services company is a plus;
  • Excellent judgment and discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel;
  • Demonstrated ability to use technology to organize and simplify work for principal and team
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, under unpredictable time constraints, in a complex and fast-paced work environment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels in the organization;
  • The ability and willingness to persevere in ambiguous situations and a changing environment;
  • The proven ability to work in a team environment supporting more than one principal;
  • Demonstrated ability to make accurate and timely administrative judgments, while remaining professional under pressure;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (listening, written and verbal);
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed;
