Position Title: Executive Assistant (Annuities Internal Sales Desk)

Job Location: Pennsylvania-Dresher

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President, Head of Internal Sales for Prudential Annuities, with secondary support for the two Directors, Internal Sales. Incumbents in this position will regularly perform the following:

• Compose and release correspondence under supervisor's signature with supervisor's review
• Identify needs and manage administrative-level projects
• Communicate sensitive information to senior management/external sources and may often handle confidential information
• May review email inbox to identify deadlines and high priority matters
• Operate with authority in managing the executive’s calendar to determine who has appointment access and what meetings are prioritized
• Assist in preparation of presentations, reports and communications
• Assist with preparing meeting agendas and generate action items and takeaways.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and prepare expense vouchers.
• Assist in coordination of events with internal and external partners as needed
• Train and collaborate with other administrative assistants

• Three or more years of experience in executive or administrative support
• Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to make accurate and timely administrative decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong proofreading capabilities, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with internal clients
• Demonstrate the ability to operate in a team environment.
• Ability to simultaneously work independently and manage multiple priorities especially under tight time constraints.
