"What You'll Do

The Americas Partner Organization (APO) Architectures,  Engineering and Solutions Team is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated, well organized, agile, creative, comfortable with Executive level communications individual who can lead Executive level specific initiatives and coordination of Executive activities.


* Calendar Management: Manages Sr. Director calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings. For example, may decide who gets on principal's calendar, what meetings are attended, and who can attend instead.

* Meeting Planning and organizations: Assists SR. DIRECTOR and Strategy and Planning Leader in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post-meeting action item list.

* Leads a small project or phase(s) of a larger project. 

* Facilitates one or more specific areas of project management (i.e., scheduling, cost management, calendaring, etc.) for projects. 

* Estimates time and resources required to carry out an objective. Then identifies an appropriate sequence in which activities should be conducted to efficiently complete work. 

* Uses project management processes to deliver projects and may facilitate project team meetings.

* Communicates with project stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance. 

* Maintains contact with the internal stakeholders to ensure timely activity, integration, and efficient use of resources. 

* Event Speaking Engagement Coordination: Manages a running list of Sr. Director engagements and works closely with communications team, marketing team, and Strategy and Planning leader to ensure content needs are understood and set in motion so SR. DIRECTOR is prepared for each engagement.

* Travel Briefing Preparation: Create travel packs for international trips as well as large domestic events such as Cisco Live, etc. This work includes combining all event information in addition to coordinated logistics of travel, and also customer/team asks.



Who You'll Work With

You will work and take direction from Strategy & Planning leader. You will work tightly with the Executives senior leadership team and the field resources in Americas Partner Organization.


"Who You Are


* Bachelor's degree is required. 

* Superior knowledge of MS Office suite, SPARK and other Cisco collaboration tools

* Comfortable Making Decisions and Delivering Continuously in a Changing Environment 

* Comfortable with presenting to an Executive level team.

* Comfortable with building presentations and communications.

* 5-7 year work experience in a similar environment required
