Description:

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide on-going day-to-day general administrative support for Region Sr. VP and Sr. HRD and their teams. This includes support of Sr. Directors not limited to travel arrangements, expense reports, calendar management, meeting and conference call scheduling / preparation. Additional responsibilities include generation of reports for the respective teams.
  • Ability to create executive presentations in PowerPoint
  • Show strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with others on department team
  • Maintain and timely payment of invoices and purchasing card reconciliations
  • Schedule and plan meetings including conference space, hotel rooms, and all other logistics
  • Proactively seek ways to improve administrative functions and location support
  • Effectively train / mentor new team members to help develop knowledge of PepsiCo systems and processes



Basic Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years previous executive coordinator and/or executive administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical ability to summarize data.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
