Do you want to be part of something amazing? The TMBC Team is looking for an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator.

As Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator, you will be providing exceptional service and support to three executives while also assisting with TMBC office administrative duties. This person will be a friendly face for clients visiting TMBC and will be able to handle high stress gracefully and professionally. This is a perfect position for an ambitious, smart professional looking for long-term growth opportunities.

This is a full-time position at our lovely headquarters in Beverly Hills, CA.

Do the following activities make you feel STRONG?


* Planning and heavy scheduling of business meetings and appointments

* Maintaining calendars -- ensuring schedules are accurate and contain all necessary information

* Compiling all necessary paperwork needed for appointments

* Composing correspondence/reports for signature

* Processing replies on own initiative or from bosses' dictation or notes

* Researching and drafting reports as needed

* Partnering with other team leaders on various departmental projects

* Compiling meeting minutes/follow-up action items

* Assists with logistics for arranging off-site and department meetings.

* Arranging both domestic and international travel

* Preparing itineraries, trip files and supplies

* Preparing and submitting expense reports

* Manage and prioritize personal tasks; running errands

* Troubleshooting new policies and procedures

* Strong judegement to act on executive behalf

* Proacvtive vs reactive organizer

* Assertive personality to drive outcomes and results

* Consistent and clear communication throughout the day to executives (texting, keeping in touch)

* Follow-up of open items

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint on PC & Mac computers

* Experience supporting multiple work streams preferred
