What You'll Do

Executive Assistant to Cisco Fellow and Chief Network Architect of Core Software Group. You will be very proactive with a professional and empathic demeanor in all interactions; possess excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, executives, customers, vendors; and demonstrate good judgment.

  • Calendar Management: Manage Cisco Fellow and Chief Network Architect calendar by prioritizing meetings according to the business and executive’s needs. You will be able to learn the business quickly to prioritize on behalf of leadership requirements.
  • Meeting Planning and organizations: Assists in managing, planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for drafting the agenda, location, meeting technology based on participant needs, and all other meeting logistics. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post-meeting action item list.
  • Travel Briefing Preparation: Craft travel itineraries for domestic and international trips as well as large events such as GSX, Partner Summit, etc. This work includes combining all event information in addition to coordinated logistics of travel and customer/team asks.
  • Travel and Expenses: Responsible for making travel itineraries. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel itineraries and itinerary for calendared meetings while handling Cisco expenses. Works diligently to focus and commit, working with the airlines direct to accommodate Global Services benefits for upgrades whenever they are available.
  • Special Projects: Provides analytical support to assist executive on special projects. Researches issues, analyze problems, compiles data, and prepares reports.
  • Confidentiality: You will deal professionally with sensitive and confidential matters and materials.

In addition, you will provide back-up support to other Executive Assistants when needed; i.e., executive meetings, onsite support, WPR liaison, overall administrative support needs to the entire organization as needed.
